- The only diet that "works, " would be Alli. It's expensive though, and you still need to do plenty of exercise for them to work properly. I'd honestly suggest to avoid any s to lose weight, as they would make you gain weight after you quit taking them. Simple things you could do is start drinking water. Subs ute it for everything, and just drink that along with fat free milk
