What diet s work from your own experience ?

I am looking to boost my weight loss effort with some diet s so I would like to know what diet s you have tried and work. Please do not post to say that diet s are bad etc. becasue I am using the the s along with exercise and healthy eating. Also, please do not post about diet s that do not work, I only want to know the ones that work. Thanks
